Top Dressing
I used top dressing/ black sold in quarts by Brattons and others for top cosmetics only --- not for leaks.
It's no longer listed in the Brattons and Snyders catalogues. So I called Brattons today to see why --- and would you believe it --- the EPA shut it down. Suggestions please. Thanks! Peyton |
