28-29 hood shelves a PIA!
I finished installing the passenger side front fender on my 29 tudor today. Boy installing the hood shelf was a P.I.A. !
 A 4 layer metal sandwich (Shelf, Fender, Frame, and Splash shield) that all has to line up and be screwed together was NOT easy. I have no idea how they did that on a moving assembly line. Which I guess is the reason Ford dumped the idea in 1930. I agree!
