'32 station wagon / woodie value

I've posted an ad for a friend of mine (his widow in reality ) about a french B32 station wagon.

an original french made woodie
12cv engine upgraded to the 19cv one
working order


I don't known well such cars and I wonder if she's right about the asked price of 30000Eur. (I know without seeing, test the car it's hard).
