I'm not a contender, but would like to know.[/QUOTE] I doubt few judges, if any, in the AACA would know the difference between an absolute correct headliner and one that is "close". Plus, the AACA judges more so on the quality of the restoration vs. the authenticity (correctness). The Early Ford V8 Club supposedly judges on both correctness and quality. Still, I doubt few, if any judges would know the proper headliner. I hope, once my book is published the Ford Club will get back to the days when the '40 vehicle was strictly judged.
