Default 35 humpback sedan cut-up

I have the back have of a 35 humpback 4 door sedan. I don't have the room to keep it whole . what lines should I cut it at ? I'm thinking the two sides ,8 inches in ,so you keep the whole roll . but then I loose the back window an nice roof roll. of course I do not want to go this route . I cannot let it stay out in this salt air and weather . The roll up quarter windows are still intact and functioning .everything is rusting up. where would a "body guy"cut it. that's all. thanks for any thoughts .
