39 Ford Pickup wheel problem/conversion

Is there a wheel 10.25 to 5.0 bolt circle conversion plate?? I'm considering doing a wheel/tire conversion.

Pulled truck out of storage and came up with a shimmy at 30 mph. Checkout revealed problem with a front wheel and add to that distorted tires //out-of-round. Wheels are 16x4 with 5 bolt 10.25 circle. Tires are 8 years old, should have put the truck up on blocks for the winter.

The truck is 90% original and hate to convert things but may need to be necessary.
