Default 16 inch inner tube stem size (shims?)

I am thinking of replacing my old 600 x 16 tires with new radials and saw elsewhere on the forums that you should use radial tubes with them. I see from ads that most show a stem size on the tubes called a TR13 and state they are for 1/2 stem holes.

I also saw somewhere that shims are used for holes that are the larger type called TR15s.

My wheels are 1935 Ford 16". Will I need shims for the tube stems, or will the TR13 stems that come with these tubes work ok. If I need shims, does anyone have a source as to where to get them?
Thanks, Frank
