Default drive wheel probs

24? T touring car-this is my 1st model T
hello just got thru resolving carb, ignition, starter prob-then jacked up rear of car when ready to start it -the hand lever was pulled all the way back----after engine started, the left rear wheel turns but the right does not--if i pulled very forcibly back on hand lever, the lt. wheel slowed but never stopped turning----one thing i did not think of at the time was to have shifted the the lever into neut, and then forward gear to see affects on wheel turning

ques 1--are both wheels receiving drive but the rear brake on lft is not working? if both wheels are recieving drive are the bands out of adjustment? if out of adjustment , any advice on adjudsting?

ques 2 --is there any adjustment which i need to do to the lever ? if so,any directions on how to?

ques 3--check out my understanding of lever--all the way back is neutral and rear brkes applied, mid position=neutral , with brakes off, fwd=in fwd gear bands engaged and of course brakes off
