Default Getting electrical shock when exiting car

I've been getting a mild shock when I touch the metal parts of the door when I get out of the car. Not all the time and its not static electricity. Voltage has got to be higher than the 6 volts coming from the battery. Leaking coil or condenser? Thanks All
