Default pricing a late steel top huckster

I've been asked to help price a very nice late steel topped huckster. A few years back it was evaluated at 23K. The huckster canopy is mounted on wooden beams that fit in the 4 side board spaces on the truck body. It has roll down curtains. The curtains have snaps along the bottom edges screw- mounted on the box. Box bed is finished oak. Vehicle color is black on black. Sharp looker. A couple of small hits on the front fender. The right rear fender is slightly buckled where the truck has been backed into something. The sheet metal is not torn. The average eye would not see it. Fenders are steel. Vehicle is for sale due to death of owner. Sheering has about 2 inches of swing play. Front spindles seem tight. A row of screws is along the front edge of the top. I'm thinking the repair of the fender would be around $1k.
My photos are currently stuck in my new Ipod

Bob Johnson's price guide shows the truck 16-21K
thanks
