Default 36 lb engine

I had a good day yesterday ,I fellow racer rang me to see if I had a 94 carb part,
I had a few so told him to take what the needed.
He came over with an old engine he didn't want and some parts for it.said to take them as they were of no use and it was going to be a garden ornament.
I stripped the engine today,a 36LB engine std crank .020 bore ,nice valve seats,no cracks,
also came with two gearboxes, one a heavy duty 4 speed with PTo and the other a heavy duty 3 speed.and a lucas starter motor, are they any good? the starter that is.
Also fixed the horns on the 33,
for ages I could get one or the other to work fine but not together,
So I fitted a relay to the wiring for them, and they now work VERY loud.
It was a simple job to fit the relay,I used a std 12v relay and used the horn push to earth the pull in part of the relay.
My 33 is still 6v so that worked the 12 v relay fine
