Default Pinion torque tool

I like the pinion torque tool made by KR wilson, but see they are much sought after and hence pricy.
So I made one up myself,
To get the inch pounds I made a alloy pulley 2 inches in diameter and shrunk it onto an old 6 spline coupler, then all you need is a good quality spring balance with the scale in pounds, wrap a string around the pulley and you have inch pounds.
easy.
