2 sets of numbers

have been acquiring parts for a 30 sedan for a few years now & after cleaning the frame I found 2 sets of numbers. the 1st set is located in the middle of the upper flange between the steering box mount & the rear hood latch mount. the other set is toward the outside of the flange 1 in. behind the cowl bolt hole. the frame is an early 28 because it only had 1 set of holes for the front hood latch which I had to drill the other set for 30-31. the 1st set is A3209226. the 2nd set is A1511913. can anyone give a clue as to what body would have been on this frame? just for curiosity. thanks in advance.
