1947 Ford 1 Ton Panel Delivery

I have a question... planning to get my 1947 Ford 1 Ton Panel for registation overhere, but... the vin/engine number on Title, frame and dash plate reads 71GYxxxxxx

Now i cant directly find a decoder or website for this number,
Can anybody help me to get a (copy of a ) form or link that proves that this is the correct number that belongs to the truck?
