Timing cover gasket?

FrankWest Senior Member Join Date: Sep 2013 Posts: 3,157	Timing cover gasket? The Timing cover gasket does not go entirely around the cover but is U shaped? Won;t this leave an opening? maybe I;m looking at the wrong gasket.
