Default Picture of my new car.

Here she is, I love this little car. It sure was scary driving it home for the first time. The first drive was the first time I've ever even been in a car this old. I think I left marks in the steering wheel from griping it so hard. Even though, it was a lot of fun driving and I can't wait until next summer. I have a few things to do over the winter, like adding turn signals, the water pump leaks and there was an oil leak to look at.

very nice car enjoy it i love tudors..
service the rear and trans fluids plus do an overall safety check before the summer. to many just get in and drive to find out later there was no oil in the components or a wheel was about to fall off

Nice looking Tudor. It's nice to buy them done and ready to drive, so you don't have so much down time during the restoration. The winter will give you plenty of time to do all the preventative maintenance.

Congrats! Nice looking car. I picked up mine in August. I have put right around 2500 plus miles on it since buying it-love it! It has given me some trying times at first-as mentioned, check everything out. Mine was a restored car but they forgot certain things, like, well, tightening the wheels on beyond hand tight. I still have a few odds and ends to work out, but it's been good and reliable since I got the larger things sorted. Very impressed how useable they are as normal transportation.

Hey Tim,
WOW, what a beauty , congratulations !
I had to laugh at the description of your first drive behind the wheel of your new A, as many decades ago can remember same feelings to this day !
What a beauty to start out with as a FIRST old car ! Yup, driving these old antique cars demands pretty much full attention and it is fun !
I don't believe that I've ever seen texting while driving a Model A ?

I see you have cowl lights for spotting squirrels in trees.

That seems to be a common problem with repro lights, and I don't know what people have done to correct it. I'd start by loosening the mounting nuts and hold the light down as you tighten the nuts.

BTW, you're lucky to live in a state with a lot of road ideal for Model A drives.
