Good news for both of you.
My wife went through the same thing 10 years ago. Removed 25% of her lung. And she is cancer free. |

John, That is GREAT news! Praise the Lord!!
I know how you must be feeling....my oncologist says I won't need a PET scan this time. I am one year removed from having my stomach removed, followed by 6 mos. of chemo and radiation. I played a double-header softball game yesterday and feel great! God Bless the both of you! Pat |

Lung cancer is a horrible thing! I lost my Dad at age 57 and my sister at age 50. It destroyed them physically and it devastating to watch then die. My wife had a different type of cancer and she has been cancer free for 6 years now. They used a little thing they inserted near the armpit into a tube that was inserted ahead of time, and this thing was radioactive and it killed the cancer cells in that spot. They did it 6 times.
Anyway, I am happy your wife is a survivor. Always a happy day when you get that news! A new lease on life!!

Hi John; Great news about your Mrs. I think I first met you both at Rhinebeck around four years ago. Anyway it's important to share good news and I wish you both continued good health, Craig.

Hi John,
Great news that Barb is okay! Now you can totally enjoy the hobby with her partnership instead of wondering and worrying about going it alone. She is a lady with a great sense of humor, she must have cause she's still hanging out with you. I know my wife puts up with a lot and has for 39 years, but I'd be absolutely lost without her. I'm glad that distributor worked out okay on your project engine and how the heck did Walt get all the way up to $2 an hour? I can't seem to make $1 per hour. Good thing we don't have to pay the wives, they most assuredly would be up there with those surgeons at $1000 per hour. Best wishes, Toby |
