I see while searching here and see that some of you have come across piston skirt expanders, I have those old antique split skirt pistons that haven't been sold since who knows when, my #2 has a louder than I like slap, I have no blow by, and no problem with the cylinder walls.
I am biding time for other engine work, -- If .90 over pistons were available I would replace them, I have never seen these expanders for sale, if someone has 4 they do not want please let me know. Thanks in advance.

What kind are you looking for--one type needs the wristpin removed (take pistons out)
and there is another type like a big snapring that only needs the pan off |

I am familiar with type that fit between the wrist pin bosses, its the big snap ring ones I believe would work, thanks for reply.
