I'll be there. Buying only.

I'm tentatively planning on Thursday only. But if the show is so great I can't leave, then I'll be there Friday too. Never been... is Thursday enough?

I normally can see it all in one day. Thursday is definitely the day to go. Never seen a swap meet so eager to close as soon as possible. Get there early or you'll miss it.

I will not be making it this year. New job and overwhelming med bills have killed any hope of going. Planning on next year come hell or high water. Rod

What should I expect to pay for each of these three unrestored items at Chickasha?
1. 1928-29 Jack (A-17080-A)
2. 1928-29 Tire pump (A-17052-A2)
3. 1928-29 Owner's manual

I hate to sound like a fool, but where is Chickasha? I'm a northeasterner, so Hershey is our usual big show.

I'd say each of the 3 items is in the $50 dollar range. A good owners manual with no stains, folds, or writing will be closer to $100. The jack might be as low as $25, or even $5 if you get real lucky. Garage sales are about the only place you find really cheap tools these days.

5 years ago I bought a Model A tire pump for $1 because it was in a garage fire. It was an easy restoration. Too bad no one makes the correct hose for them.

If you find one for $5 let me know. I'll take 2 at that price. I have one for Dad's coupe, but am yet to find one for the delivery. I will get more serious about looking for one once I get closer to having it restored. Very small list of missing parts, just lots of labor and paint I need to budget for. Rod
