swap meet in medina ohio

Hey guys....I see there is a Model A swap meet at the fairgrounds in Medina. Have any of you been there before or know anything about it? I saw it on the internet so I want to make sure it is actually classic car related before I make the trip.

I've been to a couple of them there. There is some older stuff but mostly hotrod accesories. There are also alot tools like grinding stone, sandpaper anf dremel type bits. I really haven't seen alot of Model A or T stuff there. Most of the stuff seems to be geared towards 50s-70s muscle cars. There is usually a guy there selling old pictures and another with old license plates. I'm only about an hour away so I usually go for something to do on a winters day. I'm going tomorrow.

The Model "A" swap meet that I think you are referring to is on Sunday January 13, 2013. It is at the Medina Fairgrounds and sponsored by the Northern Ohio Model "A" Club. It is most definitely loaded with Model "A" parts both new and used. I am the Secretary of that club-- NOMAC. The club is in a rebuilding mode and we have made a great effort to bring back past vendors and secure new vendors of parts and services. Hope to see you there. Skip Schweitzer.

The swap meet today in Medina is just that, an auto swap meet. The one next Sunday is the Model A meet and that's the one to see. Today's meet is larger but not much Model A stuff. I passed up a chance to attend today's meet and will go next week. Bill, ba49, hope to see you there.

In response to a question posed previously, our club does have a web site but it is currently unresponsive. This is on our agenda to be redone this year.
