Thanks for your question, Jim. CM stands for Commercial. These can be used on trucks. I failed to put that on the add.

Thank you Big John. They are quite nice. '29 Texas plates are very expensive due to the number of 29's produced and consequently restored and I suppose the lack of money to pay for registration back then. Other years of Texas plates are nowhere near as expensive. The commercial plates are extremely rare.
