guys my hood hinges look to have come apart and i need to find the correct rivets and the procedure to install them so can someone shed some light on this? I can take and post pic's if needed. thanks!

I have drilled one of the rivets out of my hinge, I would say the closest size would be a round head rivet 5/6 x 7/16. I think you would have to build an adjustable bridge fixture incorporating the rivet sets into the fixture and set them with a press so you get them tight but not to tight. This could be another winter project for me. here is a link to a company that has the right size rivets. http://www.rivetsonline.com/5-16-sol...-aluminum.html I bought a NOS right side hinge off of ebay a couple of months so this got put on the back burner.
