Default which carb do i have

I was wondering which carb is on my 31 truck. I dont think it's a zenith. The bowl looks more like a square. There arent any markings that I can see......Maybe a B carb?

Thanks guys....after having another look... I think there is an X on the side of the bowl. Must be a tullison? Are they a good carb? Advantages over a zenith or just preference?

Preference! They came with Zenith. But each to his own. You'll get 50 like this 50 like that. They both run well. Enjoy it.

Tilly's are good reliable carbs if you're not into judging and just want to drive it. I personally think they are less likely to clog up. Jmo

Zenith for show, Tilly for go.

They will leak gas out of the air intake if you get junk in the float area, so shut off the gas when you park until you can rebuild the carb. It can drain your tank.

Also, they are pot metal, so watch the flatness of the flange where it bolts to the manifold.
