Default Can someone verify if this is a 1937 Ford Fog Light?

I believe the part number lines up with a 1937, but just curious if the actual foglight itself is correct.

That would be an early 37 lamp, marked Unity and having the fluted lens. I have had a NOS lamp, in the same box, marked FORD and with the prismatic lens. The Unity lamps were sold for any use and are relatively common compared with the FORD version. Nice item and you have a treasure chest of parts to sell.

I have found probably a dozen of these here in New Zealand and they are identical to the 'FORD' script ones.
I have an original pair of 'FORD' ones that i brought at a swap meet in Watsonville Ca. in 1984 that i have installed on my 34 cabriolet and wired them as directional indicators.
I prefer the shape of these as against original accessory 34 Road Lamps as they are more of a duplicate shape to the 34 headlamps.
But that is a matter of preference.

Unity was a supplier to Ford for accessories like spot lamps and fog lamp for a long time. Appleton was also a supplier but I've seen more Unity equipment than Appleton. I have original Unity Spot lamps for one of my 1951 Mercurys. Unity also manufactured the Sport Light that was a model A accessory spot light.

Ford didn't start using Appleton fog and spot lights until 1941.
