Deck and heads are freshly milled. Have two choices, best gasket copper and best gasket graph tite. I like the looks of the copper, but also like the thought of being able to take the head off without breaking out a crowbar. Thoughts on best all around approach- good seal but also removable?

I also don't like copper gaskets, especially with aluminum heads. I just introduces another metal into an already complicated galvanic soup. |

I have used Fel-Pro gaskets in two builds with no problems.
