I don't know about Vietnamese Model A tires, but I bought a set of Vietnam clinchers for my '22 Model T some years ago and after 2 years the sidewalls were so cracked that I had to replace them. Hopefully they're making better tires today.

I think all the vintage sized tires sold by every vendor are made in Vietnam.

I always had good luck with the southeast Asian tires.A tire shop owner told me it was because they came from real rubber country,with less petrolium content than other places.I always felt that they were softer,and probably wore faster.I'm sure there are helicopter and fighter pilots that can tell you of the frustration of having to avoid the Michelin rubber plantations scattered around the region.They were off limits.I have some 40 year old Insa's from South America that have no cracks,and are still soft and pliable.

Thanks for the info. I was only looking where to buy them. I have used them previously with good success. I will contact Lucas.

The Lucas tires are nylon, not polyester. Can exhibit flat spots after sitting awhile, but true out after a couple of miles.

I was looking at a set of bias ply Goodyear Polyglas F-60's for a Boss 302. Raised white letter tires like original.

At $510 APIECE I said no-way,,,, Goodrich radials are just fine

Don't k now where they are made but two grand plus, for a set of tires? Naaaaaw

I assume you mean the cords, not the tires themselves...
