Default Adjusting my '36 headlights

I just finished getting all my front sheetmetal installed along with my headlights. How do I go about adjusting them properly?

My preferred headlight adjustment method is to find a straight road with no traffic, drive over to the road at night, park at one end of the straight road, turn on the high beams, cover one of the headlights, and adjust the other one to my satisfaction. Swap the cover onto the other headlight and adjust the second light. If you have a friend with you just have them stand in front of one of the headlights while you adjust the other one.
