Default 38 47 coe grilles bar asemblies

we are putting together 38/40 grill bar assy . how many bars are correct less the crank hole bar 23 or 24 my old ones are missing pieces thanks todd

All three images of the 1938, 1939 and 1940 COE drawings in the Green Book consistently show 24 bars.
