OG is a London reg. note side lights on wings ( aka fenders) . The caravan I think is an Eccles

Google "1920's Eccles caravan" for loads of photos including the insides. Set the results to Images.

....and here is one of the resulting advertisements (the lady in the front seat of the car jumped out and is posing here in the front window of the caravan):
