My vote is mid-20's Oakland. They used those Opera Coupe Landau Bars but the thing that is throwing me is the door hinge in the middle of body moulding. Definitely not a Chevrolet.

Brent, Oaklands of that era did have that hinge placement. I think you're on to something.
