Wondering if anyone makes new steel replacement bars for 32 Ford grill inserts ? Seems like a fairly easy thing to do if you know who has a sheet metal shear and bending brake . 24 gauge thick, 1/2 "wide , folded in half !

Dale's Manufacturing used to make them they are a deaer only source, but their retail outlet is Obsolete Ford Parts in OK. We never stocked them so not sure if they still have them or not.

I bought a Dale’s insert at the NSRA Nationals in 1992. Over 30 years ago!

I had some made recently in 304 by a shop that does our laser cuttings. VERY PRICEY, but I can get some more done if needed.

I thought Dale's was long gone also. I have one of their grille inserts that I bought maybe a dozen years ago and it is top notch.

Used to buy Dales inserts 10 at a time. Sold them off my website for years. Have one left that's going in a roadster I'm currently building. They fit like originals.
