Default The Last Four Or Five Days

.

Is it just me or has the "V8 " pages been slightly 'askew' since about Saturday? I know that we normally have little action on Saturdays, but this last few days have been sorta strange around here.

Not sure what you mean, but it seems to me that the number of posts and responses has been dropping over recent months.

Now that I think about it, you may be right.

Perhaps we have solved most of the problems?

We are going from 50's at night to 80's in the day. Mother nature telling us time to get ready for winter. Just tried to get someone lined up for pushing snow. They may or may not do it this year but will let me know soon. If they don't, I'll have to try again.

X2 here in the "further" south....PLUS I am at the stage of having to mow, trim and edge my 1-3/4 acres every week now with the high temperatures and deluge of rain. SO almost one full day of my weekend is taken up doing yard work.... and with the days feeling like the Me Kong delta.....I am done after that!!!!

I think he was right as the traffic seems kinda light to me also. I sure do miss Coop and his posts! He was always here to help folks.

It sure was nice to see V8COOPMAN once again listed as a thread starter. He sure was a great guy and is certainly missed.

Yes, sorta light traffic. I'm starting to reminisce about the 'good ol' days' like back in 2023.

It is good that we can still go back to Coop's page and get a "fix" now and then. I thought his and Heard's tutorial on the T5 with a torque tube was SO good. I wish I was able to start a project like that but alas, I know better now. When looking up information, the posts from the likes of Ol' Ron, JSeery, Bruce Lancaster, and so many others that we have lost not only are inspiring but also keep their memory alive. I have to say that it is just plain entertaining to read some of Ol' Ron's wisdom and humor. Especially his spelling which I believe was purposeful. Some days I feel a bit guilty about the amount of time I spend on the "Barn" entertaining myself when I could be more productive. I suppose that is what retirement is about, doing what we enjoy the most.
