Grainger carries both 600 W Super Cylinder Oil and 600 XP 220. You can usually get it overnight or at least within a couple of days.


Cylinder Oil, Extra High Performance, 600 W Super Cylinder Oil, 5 Gallon, Viscosity Index 95, ISO Viscosity Grade 460, Viscosity 460 cSt @ 40 C, Viscosity 30.5 cSt @ 100 C, Flash Point 282 C, Pour Point -9 C), Brown, For Steam Cylinders, Couplings, Bearings Under High Temperature and Load Conditions - $114.35

Gear Oil, High Performance, Mobilgear 600 XP 220, 5 Gallon, Viscosity Index 97, ISO Viscosity Grade 220, Viscosity 220 cSt @ 40 C - $133.45

Lubriplate #8 would be Viscosity 432 cSt @ 40 C or slightly thicker than Mobil 600W but less thick than 680 visc
