Default 1949 F8 Steering Wheel

Need to remove the steering wheel, to remove column from truck. Found that the column box will not fit up through floor. Any suggestions.

I just did one. 3 choices stand up and wiggle wheel while someone whacks the shaft
(protect the threads) 2nd bearing separator with a big puller 3rd drill and tap the
wheel for a puller 4th good luck. I used the bearing separator and lucked out, just be
careful . I bought maybe the only NOS in a box in the world F8 wheel.....sam
