Default Oil leak around spark plugs

I have a ‘50 8BA flathead and am noticing some oil around 2 of the spark plugs. I am using an Autolite 216 plug. Should this have a flat or tapered gasket? What might cause this? Engine rebuilt about 1000 miles ago. Has Offy heads.

Generally this happens with loose plugs.
Should have a flat crush washer.
