Default Bell panel

I don't know the people in this picture but it is a 30-31 A panel. Most Ma Bell trucks were pickups with the slant back work body of which there are several restored examples around. Does anybody know if Bell used any panels? Perhaps this was a private contractor? I highlighted the candlestick, there is nothing ekse on the door.

i am pretty sure that is not a Bell System Truck
even the model Ts were painted corporate green
and every Bell system truck or car was painted green
the logo was never a candlestick phone
Ford even painted them green at no extra cost as they were a huge fleet buyer
this most likely is an independent telephone company of which there were thousands early on
