Default judging standards

I called the national club to order the updates, as my book is 1997. I was told I could buy an update for about $20, but in july another update is being released that will be $30, or I could wait until july and buy a new complete book with new dividers for $50. I guess I will wait until july and get the complete new book.
Time flies. I did not think my book was that old.

I think it is time for me also to get the new "completed" edition that is due out after July. I will watch the MAFCA "Restorer" for it's release. It will be the third, "completely new and up-dated, with all revisions" full book that I have bought since 1965 or so.

I hope the book this time is codified, and not just the original with "75" updates that have to be applied.

I was told it would be an entirely new book, and I could throw away the old one. I did not ask if it was assembled, or a pile of paper with a binder.
