@39topless: Thanks….I wish I could take credit for building it….I bought it this way.
Well I did change the air cleaners.

I just searched vacuum gauge on here.
I guess I never realized the usefulness of a vacuum gauge.
To that end…..
Would the following fitting be appropriate to connect a vacuum gauge?
It's on the left side of my intake manifold.
It is just below the rear carb.

@petehoovie: Here's the dash. Nothing special, but it's there.

Any manifold vacuum port should be fine.

Sorry for that last post on your vintage SW ammeter. I'd first have to see a picture of the back of the ammeter to suggest using it as a voltmeter.

@Jack E/NJ: No worries.
Not much to the back of the amp meter:
2 Mounting studs
2 Studs to connect wiring
1 Hole for a light
That's it.
I think the vacuum gauge is a better idea.
I've got room for a small 2 1/16" Volt meter if I want.

@JSeery: Thanks…..I hope that port will do….there are no others on the intake.

(If) you were going to still use that oil temp gauge just for decor and not for actual accurate, measurements, Why not just foil tape or heat wrap the sensor end somewhere discrete where it will still get hot and function, just not a temperature that you are relying on. Behind the breather, tucked up next to the block. It would get hot enough sitting on the head to register temps and only you would know that it's not a real reading.

@Diavolo: I do not own the oil temp gauge.
I was just doing research before I bought it.
Thanks for the suggestion though.
