real nice solid start
![]() door ... another story ![]() put the welder down ! ![]() patch panel put in ! ![]() extra firewall holes ![]() more patches ![]() ![]() filled in ![]() rivets ...just like ford ![]() one piece ![]() ![]() 9 billion spot welds holding the back panel in ![]() seems like its missing some things ![]() ![]() ford gaps ![]() cup full o rivets ![]() new back panel sitting in

riveted the back panel in
![]() ![]() put a brookville door on the drivers side . bad fit but eventually got it fitting well ![]() all one piece ![]() found a mess in the pass door ![]() ![]() allll together ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() thanks for looking folks !!!

Flop,
Great work and I love the pictures. I'm preparing to build a 29 rpu cab from all original parts doors forward, new subrails, quarters, and Brookville back. Can you snap a picture of your method of setting rivets? Do you do it by yourself? I plan on putting the body together using #10 sheet metal bolts and then removing them one at a time and putting in the rivets once I have it all together. Tim
