Has anyone tried a new coupler called "Lock-n-Lube". Its advertised on amaxon for about $30. Its claim is leakproof and easy on easy off.

I looked at the photos on Amazon and it looks like it locks on the modern zerk fittings and would not work on the original Model a Ford grease fittings.
