Good Day,
have a question regarding using a 32 front axles assembly on a model a. Would I need to replace the 32 King pins with model A king pins in order to stay with the model A brake actuator rods setup.The 32 actuators angle in towards the center of the car. |

you'll have to replace both the king pins and actuatorsalso need a spacer for the wishbone

32 Ford axles are 2" wide at the spring perch boss and model a's are 2 1/4".

I have model a components, Should the perch pins also be changed. I can remember a tech Post with great pc's but I can not find it. The post was really detailed, as I recall it was a couple of years ago. |

I just attempted to do this swap but using Model A spindles. Before full lock, the tie rod hits the crossmember...even if I drop the steering arms. Assuming you are using '32 spindles, let me know if it works out for you.
