Default Spark plug connectors

Does the round hole in the spark plug connector go on the distributor cap posts, or under the spark plug nuts? I have seen them both ways.

Try to buy the connectors that are bronze rather than the soft yellow brass ones.
The bronze is more reddish and more springy.

Tom, do you know who sells the bronze ones? I have the brass ones and they have almost no spring.

Mac's has bronze only, either the straight or offset.

Snyder's has both brass and bronze so check carefully when ordering.

I'm pretty sure Bert's and Bratton's also have the bronze straps. The ones I bought from Bratton's for a customer about 10 years ago were bronze.
