Default Modelawipers

Help needed. Modelawipers is owned by Troy Burkart these days. I bought an Owen Dyneto wiper feb. 2014. Payed 395 $ upfront. Since then ... Nothing but a few sorry mails. No refund, no wiper, no body plus parts as promised ......

Do not ever do business with this guy !

Henk, I thought you said in an earlier post that you had contacted him and everything was OK? No?

Dear Ron, the promises were OK. Troy simply does not deliver. I trusted him, so I payed upfront, recognising the unique trade, trusting fellow Barners do not cheet. What a disappointment.

If you have given him a fair chance and obviously you have contact the local police department. What you have described is fraud !

Wayne, I believe a year to be fair. Paying upfront was more than fair !

Trouble is, I live in Holland (The Netherlands)

Did you send the money by mail? Mail fraud.

He is listed on the MAFCA site so you might want to report it to them.

Well almost a year later I don't think Paypal will do anything. I can't believe there is a guy in the other thread about this defending this person, saying we don't know the circumstances. A year is a year.

...and I find it funny it appears the thread that Steve started about this calling the guy out for answers has been deleted. Wonder why that was?

Yeah, sorry you got taken. You may try to contact Paypal and see if there is anything they can do, but being so long ago hope might be lost. At least we all know to stay away from modelawipers.com

Franchise 24,

Thx, luckily I won't go bancrupt losing 395 $. I just mean to protect the Ford community from doing business with this guy. The community also has to understand European buyers are highly dependable on US sources. Maybe it's time to hand out trustability labels, based on user polls.
