Default 1922 Touring

This 22 Touring was picked up today by the owner after some maintenance work was completed. I restored this car two years ago and it needed a broken front spring replaced.

The lady in the picture is the owner of the 1922 Touring. It belonged to her uncle who bought it new and drove until he passed away in the late 50's. After that it sat in a barn with a dirt floor until three years ago when we removed it for restoration. Here is a picture of it in my building the day it was brought to me.

It was rough but it looked relatively complete. The storage in a dirt floor building is poor but at least it survived to be a decent candidate for restoration. It looks like a shiny new penny now.

Great save! Now to make many new, happy memories in it. Her uncle would be pleased.
