I noticed today that Cartouche is advertised on the MAFCA website. I thought Mac's closed them down long ago. What gives?
Just checked again and it didn't show up, but does after refreshing the page a few times. Must be some random left-over advertising within their website. Last edited by 30Murray; 02-26-2024 at 02:15 PM. |

...who then sold to Turn5.
Click on this link ( https://www.ecklers.com/modela-aa-ac...ies-parts.html ) and scroll to the bottom to see the parent company... |

I see I can get plenty of Nitrous Accessories tho... So I would have to say MAC's/Eckler's/Turn 5 is not in the Model A business. Last edited by Y-Blockhead; 02-27-2024 at 11:25 AM. |

Turn 5 doesn't care about Model A's or early V8s. I suggest finding another parts vendor that is actually reputable.

I just went through the ecklers A and AA site. They had a large inventory, and the prices seemed in line. I think the site could have been better laid out, but its still another source for parts.

Well a well laid out website does not mean:
1. They actually have it 2. They have good service 3. They know their parts 4. They understand your car and actual needs Beware |

Why do the Model A hobby gatekeepers bash another source of Model A parts?

I bought my 19 inch tubes with metal stems from Ecklers not long ago. I didn't have any issue with their service. I normally buy from Snyders, but no one else had the tubes in stock.
