I am having the right upper corner of my A repair welded this Saturday.
My question is, after it is welded, what is the best material I should use to fill and form this area.
Should I use JB Weld or POR15 Epoxy Putty?

John, the best is going to be 19 gauge sheetmetal that is proper formed and TIG-welded into position. If you don't do this correctly now, it will haunt you throughout the rest of the restoration phases.

Concur. That corner has to withstand a lot of stress and flexing on the slant windows.

as BRENT stated, properly formed new 19 gauge metal, TIG.. and the least amount of body fillers. it can be done .

It looks like that area has been worked before. I would imagine that what is left of the metal that is there, is thinner than original. Do a good repair on it, like what has been mentioned and it will last a long time. Welding it up and filled like what was done before, and it will look like it does now.

MIG weld or even oxy-acetelene weld works well

It looks to me like there is a ton of bog in thee already. I'd start removing it till I was back to decent metal that is close to the right shape, then I'd look at what I need to replace. As others have said, I'd use new metal of the correct thickness properly shaped and welded in.
Fix it right, fix it once.
