Looks like a Warford Auxilliary transmission installed in a Model T chassis.

It is a Model T Warford transnission as stated in the add. These are usually a speed with top gear being abit of an OD. They also made a simular transmission for the Model A trucks, but the mounts and input/ output shafts are different. Rod
