Default 35 coupe crank pulley removal?

Hey fellas,

So how do I remove the crank pulley? I need to replace the Ubolts holding the springs up. Also, will I be able to remove the u bolts once the pulley is gone? It seems that it's a really tight fit for them to come out.

Thanks,
George

Good, explanatory pictures! I think it may be possible to get by with raising the front of engine an inch or so (it MAY NOT be necessary, though). Have you tried to raise each U-bolt individually while moving the lower, threaded portion (of each) toward the center of vehicle......thus, moving the upper "U" portion OUTBOARD, so as to miss the pulley? I mention this in your other post on U bolt removal.
