A lot of ingenuity in Cuba to keep things working!

I'm trying to figure out that body looks like a 30 Phaeton

with a different windshield grafted on it,

and a 28-29 headlight bar and rad shell

I saw a few Model A's in Cuba when I visited a few years ago

but not being used as a taxi .
