Start at around 52-54 and go with bigger PV also. Avoid being too lean. Better to back off slightly after testing than discovering a expensive problem while trying to get big enough. There is a very wide range of A/F mixtures where the engine will run. As you get closer to semi-perfect it becomes more and more difficult to determine which way to go without measurements. Better a little rich for safety. Some of where to establish the jetting is influenced by how the engine is to be used. It will be different for maximum competition performance than for cruising around on the street.

The power valve size is ass-backward from the main jets. The smaller numbers indicate LARGER orifice sizes. Something in the 50's size range is where I would start.
